Out of the Mouths of Babes

This department sprang from a few sources, all ultimately linked to the amazing, amusing, and challenging utterances that we parent-teachers field. More than merely a "kids say the darndest things" forum, this is a place to air the wonderful weirdness that comes up when you live at school. We'd also love to hear any absolute stumpers your kids have thrown your way. Provided the questions are appropriate for the intended audience and non-controversial (in other words, no politics or religion), we will do all we can to get you an answer you can pass along to your in-house learner -- even if the answer is, "Nobody knows!"
